Parents are integral in the role they play in their children\u2019s faith development. They serve as the primary guides and role models. Through a combination of lead by example in the home, quality weekly sessions within the parish community and participation in Mass, the young people of our parish have the best possible chance to live a full and loving life in the Catholic faith.\u00a0<\/p><p>Our formation staff and the many talented catechists and core team are dedicated to offering the best of learning experiences to your children and family.<\/p><\/div><header><h5 class=\"moduleTitle\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Forming Young Disciples (Grades K-5)<\/span><\/h5><\/header><ul><li><b>Lee Ann Hudziak &#8211; <\/b><b>Grades K-5:\u00a0 <\/b><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"mailto:faithform@eastsideparishes.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">faithform@eastsideparishes.org<\/a><\/span><\/li><\/ul><div class=\"moduleBody fr-view\">Children\u2019s formation sessions, through discussion, prayer and activities, address learning goals for each age group regarding liturgy, scripture, Catholic traditions, moral formation, social justice, as well as service and community according to each grade level\u2019s developmental stage. These sessions are offered weekly on Wednesday evenings at 4:00-5:30 PM (St. Michael Location) or 6:15-7:30 PM (St. Anne Location) for Grades K-5 September to April.<\/div><footer><\/footer><\/div><\/li><\/ul><ul id=\"content1\" class=\"region moduleRegion\"><li id=\"module_6213529\"><div class=\"moduleInner customModule moduleSubtitleHidden\"><header><h5 class=\"moduleTitle\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Middle and High School Youth Ministry<\/span><\/h5><\/header><ul><li><b>John Schmitt &#8211; Grades 6-10: <\/b><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"mailto:johns@stanneswausau.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">johns@stanneswausau.org<\/a><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"moduleBody fr-view\">As a middle school and high school youth grades 6-12 continue to mature, they are challenged to make faith their own through weekly commitment to worship and the parish community. Through social, service and spiritual programs and events, we work together to listen, learn, share our faith, serve others, have fun and make the world better a better place!\u00a0<\/p><p>Each weekly gathering will include a mix of large and small group gatherings in order to challenge and grow together in the context of a larger faith community, yet discuss and explore these core elements of our faith in the setting of their weekly small groups. Youth will also be invited to be a part of additional Youth Ministry gatherings and events to grow and develop their own personal life of faith.<br id=\"isPasted\" \/><br \/>Middle School\u00a0<span id=\"isPasted\">Youth grades<\/span>\u00a06-8 from St. Anne Parish and Eastside Parishes will gather for their weekly sessions Wednesday evenings at 6:15-7:30 PM at St. Anne Church.\u00a0<\/p><p>High School youth grades 9-12 from St. Anne Parish and Eastside Parishes will gather for their Sunday evening sessions 6:00-8:00 PM starting with the 6:00 PM Mass at St Anne Parish.\u00a0<\/p><p>Confirmation Preparation, traditionally celebrated in the spring of 10th grade is an integral part of these gathered sessions for youth both in the Forming Young Disciples Program and Newman Catholic Schools.
